Paramaters

Properties	Description
`host`	Hostname or IP Address
`port`	Port number (Defaults to 21)
`user`	Username (Defaults to anonymous)
`pass`	Password if not anonymous login
`debug`	Enable Debug Logging
`timeout`	Timeout in seconds to wait for responses (Defaults to 30)
